Long gone are the days when ice creams were simply happy to sit on the side of your bowl playing second fiddle to a hot stodgy fruit crumble, a sticky treacle tart or a piping hot apple pie with light flaky pastry.
Although our fabled Fermanagh ice cream has the quality of character to add extra depth to any pud it accompanies, it does so as an 'accomplished equal' and not as an 'in awe of' accompaniment.
For the most part tickety-moo is a modest yet self-assured ice cream that's not afraid of going it alone. Intense fulsome flavours work tirelessly with lumps, chunks and reckless ripples to create fabulous desserts with extra depth.
