We believe chilled out cows produce the sweetest milk, which is why the family-owned farm, we've called home since 1798, seemed the natural choice for making the finest imaginable ice cream with a rich Irish accent.
The lush green vales of Lough Erne provide an idyllic backdrop for our beloved Jersey cows to mooch around, thinking deep countryside thoughts, leaving udders to focus their thoughts on making delicious batches of handmade heaven.
